Dutt's Deschutes
This 16” x 36” editioned print celebrates the magic of the Deschutes River in Oregon. It captures the flow of the river from the headwaters in alpine lakes, through Bend and the flatlands east of the Cascades, past the Three Sisters, Mount Jefferson and Mount Hood. The lower Deschutes is given the most attention, as it rolls through the wild and arid canyon country, honoring the bigger rapids and a few good fishing spots along the way. Then the Deschutes meets the Columbia River, and travels west out to where it meets the sea.
This painting was created in celebration of the life of Andrew Dutterer - conservationist, fishing guide, avid angler and incredible human being. Proceeds from print sales will go directly to the Wild Salmon Center based in Portland, Oregon.
This first edition of a hundred prints is signed by the artist. They are on enhanced matte paper and printed with care at a small but mighty print shop in Portland, Maine.
